We ship to both Canada and the United States
Taxes will be charged only on products sold within Canada and are subject to the following tax schedule, depending on province order is being shipped to.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt of product. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Tags must not be removed and It must also be in the original packaging with all original seals intact. Since this is a apparel, we are unable to accept used products due to sanitary reasons and Covid-19 protocols.

Items received with the above conditions will be returned to the customer at their shipping expense.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@alwaysbearded.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SHIPPING
All orders have automatic shipping methods generated directly from Canada Post upon checkout. This is calculated by Canada post by weight of item and destination of package. You will have multiple options on check-out including expedited, ground, priority, tracked and Xpresspost.
We ship to both Canada and the United States
You will receive your purchase 1 to 5 business days from the time we ship your order if you live in Canada. Customers within Ontario will usually receive their order within 1-2 business days of shipping. For all Canadian and US customers, and email will be sent to you upon shipping to notify you of your tracking number.
International customers will usually receive their orders within 5-10 business days, depending on any custom hold ups.
If the address you gave us has any mistakes causing the delivery company to be unable to deliver the package, we will send your purchase again, but shipping will then be charged again.
Shipping charges are subject to the 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) when shipped within Ontario or to other HST participant provinces (e.g. British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island). Shipping charges on shipments outside of HST participant provinces and territories are subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) only.

UPLOADING YOUR PICTURES
When you upload your pictures to our website, you have given us consent to post your pictures to our website and social media channels, but have also consented for us to use through any marketing materials produced by Always Bearded Lifestyle™ Ltd. They will never be sold to any third parties, and are strictly only used for promotion from Always Bearded Lifestyle™ Ltd.
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – Microsoft Azure
Our store is hosted on Microsoft Azure. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Azure data storage, databases and the general Azure application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

SECTION 6 – SECURITY
